Masiphumelele Library and HOKISA welcomed ‘Clowns Without Borders’ to our community on the weekend and the children of Masiphumelele enjoyed a wonderful show and beautiful morning in the park.

Founded in 2004, CWB-South Africa has implemented more than 500 interventions with performances and residencies for over 185,000 children and caregivers. Recent countries where they have worked include South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Israel, Lebanon, Southern Sudan, and Ethiopia.
CWB-South Africa maintains a spirit of peace, joy, compassion and loving kindness in all of their endeavors.
Jamie and his team of clowns told stories, played games, explored mindfulness, and reawakened a sense of joy and community in the hearts of many of the children in the community and it was a magical time. Thank you!
